What is it?
The purpose of the National Learning Collaborative is to provide a cohort of healthcare organizations the opportunity to translate their data from the Racial Health Equity Progress Report into action. By the end of this 8-week design sprint your organization will have a Racial Equity Charter that will set the strategic course of action for your team moving forward. We guide teams to reflect upon your data, focus on tangible best practices, outline a plan to execute those best practices, and commit to action through an equity charter.
