You will be guided to Reflect on your data, Focus on one area where you’d like to make change, Plan your project, and Commit to a strategy to moving forward. After utilizing the playbook resources, you’ll be ready to draft an “Equity Charter” outlining the steps your organization will take on its equity journey.
